Elizabeth Chadwick vive em Nottingham com o marido e dois filhos. É membro da Regia Anglorum, uma sociedade de recriação medieval, que se dedica à reconstituição rigorosa do passado. Dá aulas de escrita de ficção romântica e histórica. Venceu o Prémio Betty Trask com o seu primeiro romance, Wild Hunt. Em 1998, foi nomeada para o Prémio de Romancistas Românticos pelo romance The Champion, em 2001 venceu com White Castle, em 2002 com The Winter Mantle e em 2003 com The Falcons of Montabard.(fonte:Wook)
